content analysis | accurately weigh about 500mg of the sample after the following dry weight loss test, moisten it with lml acetic acid, dissolve it in 50ml of water, and slowly warm it in a steam bath until it is completely dissolved. After cooling, neutralize with ammonia test solution (TS-13), add 0.05mol/L EDTA disodium 50.0ml and Ph4.5 buffer solution (containing 77.19g ammonium acetate and 57ml glacial acetic acid in 1000ml solution) 20ml, and then gently boil for 5min. After cooling, add 50ml of ethanol and 2ml of dithizone test solution (TS-9S). Titrate with 0.05 mol/L zinc sulfate to bright rose red. At the same time, a blank test was conducted. 0.05mol/L EDTA disodium per Ml is equivalent to sodium aluminum sulfate AlNa(SO4)2 12.10mg. |
toxicity | ADI has not yet been specified (FAO/WHO,2001). GRAS(FDA,§ 182.1131,2000). |
use limit | is limited to GMP (FDA,§ 182.1131,2000). |
use | food industry is used as buffer, neutrizer and curing agent. Used for sugar refining. It is the raw material of expansion loosening agent. Also used as a water purifier. |
production method | aluminum sulfate is added to a reactor containing distilled water for dissolution, and sodium sulfate solution is added for reaction under stirring. Add arsenic removal agent and heavy metal removal agent for solution purification, filter to remove impurities, evaporate and concentrate the filtrate, cool and crystallize, centrifuge and separate, and dry to obtain edible sodium aluminum sulfate finished product. Its A12(SO4)3?18H2O Na2SO4 6H2O → 2AINa(SO4)2?12H2O |
